Hamid Yahyaei

Hamid joined Spectrum in 2014 as a credit research analyst to assist with investment research.  His area of expertise is focused upon Australian credit markets – this includes valuations of corporate bonds and credit research on both domestic and offshore issuers. He has been involved with portfolio construction, risk analysis, and scenario modelling.

Hamid is a lecturer at Macquarie University,  teaching masters students about corporate bonds, structured credit, and bond portfolio management.

Hamid holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University with Distinction and was awarded both the Australian Finance Conference Prize and the FINSIA Prize for academic excellence.

Hamid is currently completing his Master of Research in Applied Finance and is working towards his PhD.
