James has over 20 years in wealth advice, stockbroking and funds management. He
has established business relationships across financial advisory, asset
management and intermediary markets.
He is actively engaged in the development of Spectrum's domestic business. This
market development is underpinned by an effective network across trade,
education, financial services and funds management.
James has served on the Advisory Board of the Griffith University Asia Institute
since 2006. He also brings extensive experience across aligned and
independently owned advice firms, including 15 years at ABN AMRO and Morgan
Stockbroking (1994-2007) and more recently CBA Group - Colonial First State.
James joined Spectrum in January 2015 to assist with advisor and investor
engagement including business development to grow Spectrum's funds management
business in Australia.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts from the University of Queensland,
Postgraduate studies in Applied Finance, Securities Institute of Australia and a
Diploma of Financial Planning, Deakin University.
