Lindsay Skardoon

Lindsay is one of the Principals who founded Spectrum in 2001.  He is the Chief Investment Officer and carries portfolio management responsibilities at the firm. Lindsay has over thirty years of experience in interest rate markets in senior roles in both Australia and Asia with Westpac, Potter Warburg and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He has dealt with a wide range of interest rate securities including hybrids, convertible bonds, asset-backed securities, derivatives, swaps and has traded both primary and secondary issues, both listed and unlisted, in a range of currencies. Lindsay holds a BSc from the Griffith University, a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University, a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Masters in Business Administration from Melbourne University. He is a member of the National Investment Committee of the Heart Foundation of Australia.

Christina joined Spectrum in August 2019 as Operations Manager. She has more than 20 years experience in funds management, audit, compliance and small business start-ups.

Christina started her career in funds management as fund accountant at Perpetual and Macquarie Bank. She then moved into internal audit and risk management at KPMG, working with clients across industries including gaming, health, energy, public private partnerships and various government departments. Christina has started several businesses in Australia and the U.S. specialising in natural products. Christina has also held the position of Finance Manager for a boutique retailer and a not-for-profit organisation.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
